It can be used as an extra or replacement ball (chair not included). With a 300-pound weight capacity, this chair ball helps boost energy levels by building a healthier core, aligning the spine, relieving back pain and stiffness, and increasing productivity with an active body and a focused mind.

For users who are taller, Gaiam offers compatible leg extenders that add 2 inches to the chair. The balance ball can be removed from the chair for core workouts and stretching routines, reducing nerve compression. To achieve a perfect fit, the ball may need to be re-inflated once or twice after the initial inflation to reach its final size. Inflate the ball with air, let it stand for 24 hours, deflate it by 50%, and then fill it again to a 52cm height.
